My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was clean and comfortable, but the aircon didn't work properly due to a faulty balcony door. The service was friendly overall, but they wouldn't serve spirits with the all-inclusive package. The location was nice, though with some cleanliness issues and slippery floors. The dining options were decent, but not exceptional. The facilities were satisfactory, but there were some maintenance issues.
